- Subscriptions, once started, are non-refundable. No partial or pro-rated refunds are available.
- **Subscriptions can be paused** if you are travelling or unavailable. The unused days will be **adjusted in the next month’s package**.
- On certain days, **extra portions of rice are complimentary.**
- Roti counts remain the same — we do **not** reduce rotis in place of rice.
- **Afternoon / priority delivery slots are extremely limited** and reserved for:

- * Nursing mothers
- * Customers recovering from illness or injury
- * Special circumstances (at our discretion)
- *We reserve the right to allocate priority slots based on our assessment.
