Sandhu Foods delivers freshly cooked vegetarian tiffins across West London. This page explains where, when and how we deliver.
Delivery area
We deliver to the following postcodes only:
- UB1, UB2, UB3, UB4, UB6 — Southall, Greenford, Hayes, Yeading, Northolt
- TW3, TW4, TW5 — Hounslow, Heston, Cranford
Use the postcode checker on our homepage to confirm we deliver to your address before subscribing. We are gradually expanding the delivery area — if you are just outside, please get in touch and we will let you know when we cover your postcode.
Delivery schedule
- Sunday to Friday: deliveries operate on these days.
- Saturday: kitchen closed, no deliveries.
- Bank holidays: we may operate a reduced service. We will email you in advance.
Delivery time windows
Tiffins are delivered in two windows:
- Lunch window: typically 11:30 – 13:30.
- Afternoon window: limited slots, typically 16:30 – 19:00.
We confirm your specific window when you sign up. If you need to change your window, message us via WhatsApp.
Delivery charges
- Weekly & Monthly subscriptions: delivery is included in the subscription price for postcodes within the standard delivery area.
- Daily orders: a delivery charge may apply if the address is more than a few miles from our kitchen. The applicable charge is shown at checkout.
Senior citizen deliveries
For senior citizen subscribers we offer free delivery and reliable holiday cover so meals continue while family is away. Senior plans use mild spice levels by default.
Holidays and pauses
You can pause your subscription for any week or month from your account. Just let us know before the renewal date so we do not charge for paused weeks.
Failed deliveries
If we are unable to deliver because no one is available and there is no safe-place instruction, the tiffin is treated as delivered. Please add safe-place notes when you sign up, or message us with delivery instructions.
