These Terms of Service govern your use of sandhufoodservice.com (the "Site") and any tiffin meal plan or product you order from Sandhu Foods ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Sandhu Foods is a vegetarian tiffin delivery service operating in West London. You can contact us at info@sandhufoodservice.com or via WhatsApp on +44 7572 513883.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a delivery address within our published delivery area to place an order or subscribe.

3. Subscriptions

Subscription plans (Weekly and Monthly) automatically renew at the published price until you cancel. You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken automatically on the renewal date for subscriptions, and at checkout for one-off orders. We use Shopify Payments (a regulated payment processor) and do not store your full card details on our servers.

5. Food safety and allergens

Our kitchen prepares vegetarian food and may handle ingredients that are common allergens (dairy, gluten, mustard, sesame, soya, nuts, peanuts). If you have a serious allergy, please contact us before ordering — we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment. Please consume tiffins on the day of delivery and follow safe food storage guidance until consumed.

6. Delivery

Delivery times, areas and charges are explained in our Shipping Policy. We make reasonable efforts to deliver within your stated window but cannot guarantee exact times due to traffic and other factors outside our control.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, submitting false delivery information, or using automated tools to scrape content.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, photographs, logos, design) is owned by Sandhu Foods or licensed to us. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site or any product is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site or your subscription after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. This does not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
