How delivery works

Tiffins are delivered at ambient temperature or chilled — heat in a microwave or pan if you prefer. Ambient delivery is what keeps the price VAT-free and affordable. Afternoon delivery slots are limited and reserved for senior citizens, nursing mothers, and customers recovering from illness.

Good to know

• Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel before the next renewal to stop further charges. Once a week or month has started, payment for that period is non-refundable — but you can pause for travel and unused days roll forward.
• Subscription payments are taken in advance. We recommend a 3-day trial tiffin first if you're new to Sandhu Foods.
• Limited slots due to fresh small-batch cooking — sign up early.
• If you have a serious allergy, message us on WhatsApp before ordering — our kitchen handles common allergens (dairy, gluten, mustard, sesame, soya, nuts).
