High Protein Tiffin Plan
Most Indian tiffins are heavy on carbs and light on protein. The High Protein Tiffin is the opposite — engineered to deliver clean, plant-based protein from paneer, lentils, soya, sprouted legumes and a homemade protein shake three days a week. Same homemade flavours, just rebalanced for people who train, work long shifts, or want lunch that keeps them genuinely full.
High Protein Khichdi — split moong + brown rice + quinoa, gently spiced, finished with a swirl of desi ghee
Multigrain Protein Roti — wheat atta blended with millet, oat and besan flours for extra protein and fibre
Fresh daily salad — cucumber, tomato, onion, carrot, fresh mint and lemon
Protein shake — Sun, Tue, Fri
On three days a week we include a homemade protein shake (banana, oats, almonds, dates, milk or plant-milk) for an easy 20–25g protein top-up. Drink with the meal or save for post-workout.

Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel before the next renewal to stop further charges. Once a week or month has started, payment for that period is non-refundable — but you can pause for travel and unused days roll forward.
